Can I choose the pose of the pet?

  • Currently, we only offer urns in a standing pose. This position allows us to best capture your pet’s fur patterns and distinctive features, while also providing space for personalized engraving. However, we warmly welcome your suggestions for future product development and additional pose options.

What if I only have one photo?

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least one front-facing photo and one rear-view photo to help us accurately recreate your pet’s appearance. If your photo doesn’t clearly show your pet’s fur color or unique features, please describe them in detail and email us (hello@whiskerglaze.com). We’ll do our best to bring your beloved pet to life through our work, and we may reach out via email to confirm any important details during the creation process.

How should I clean the ceramic urn?

  • Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using acidic or abrasive cleaners, and do not soak the urn in water to preserve its glaze and finish.

How long does production and shipping take?

  • Each urn is made to order by hand. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your urn has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your urn enters the production phase and cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a defect. We’re committed to ensuring quality and will assist if any issues arise.

Do you offer international shipping?   

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may take additional time and may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your region. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
