In 2018, life brought me to my knees, and Sammie was there, guiding me through a year-long, soul-searching journey of over 3,000 kilometers. Losing her in 2024 shattered me, leaving deep regret for placing her ashes in a cold, impersonal container.

That heartbreak inspired WhiskerGlaze Studio—dedicated to creating beautiful, heartfelt pet memorials that honor the unconditional love our pets give us.

This is Sammie’s final gift to me, and I hope it brings comfort to you, too.

How should I clean the ceramic urn?

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using acidic or abrasive cleaners, and do not soak the urn in
water to preserve its glaze and finish.



How long does production and shipping take?

Each urn is made to order by hand. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your urn has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your urn enters the production phase and cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a defect. We’re committed to ensuring quality and will assist if any issues arise.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may take additional time and may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your region. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
